Ernesto M. Kalema holds a Master’s degree in Reservoir (oil & gas production) from the University of Nantes in France. He is doing Doctoral studies in Reservoir & Geosciences and plans to complete his dissertation in 2024 as well as a Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.), he is also a Professional Engineer member at the Society Professional Society (SPE) in Houston.  He has worked around the world in British Petroleum (BP) company as a Production Manager, Senior Manager, and Senior Production Director for over 15 years of his career. Current is an international Petroleum Engineer Consultant with multifaceted projects in engineering, the oil &gas sector, not-for-profit, leadership, and management. He will hold a certification In Leadership & Management at school business from Harvard University.
